The balance is due in full, no less than 4 weeks from the start of your holiday We operate a "no deposit for damage" policy but reserve the right to change this at any time and charge for any damage not classed as "normal wear & tear" and any extra work that is necessary to ensure the accommodation meets our normal standard for the next occupants. The property should be left in as clean and tidy a condition as it was on your arrival. Additional Information Heating and cooking is by electricity which is metered and payable via a 'keycard' meter with the exception of weekend bookings where electricity is included in the tariff. All cleaning materials are provided including a hoover, iron and ironing board Beds have duvets, pillows and are all fitted with undercovers. A linen package can be provided on request. There are communal gardens to the front and the rear (with washing line) of the property shared with only one property. The accommodation will be available at 2pm and should be vacated by 11am on date of departure. It may be possible to vary these times by prior arrangement depending on availability.
