A non-returnable deposit of £50 per week, £75 per fortnight confirms your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CHEQUE.

  • Heating is by electric heaters, cost is included.
  • All cleaning materials are provided, also a hoover, iron and ironing board.
  • Beds have duvets and pillows, and the bed linen is provided.
  • Washing Machine.
  • Communal garden to the rear with shared washing line.
  • Parking is free in the street area to the front of the building.
  • Towels and Tea Towels are provided.
  • Premises will be available from 14.00hrs on commencement of holiday and should be vacated by 10.00hrs on departure day.
  • No smoking within the premises.
  • We are sorry we do not accept pets.
